This is one of our favorite gas fryers for reliability, solid biuld quaility and simple operation. We as a company have sold lot's of these, and never yet had a service call on any of them, that speaks volumes. Gas hose or connection is 1/2 inch (15mm) or 3/4 inch (22mm) fitting's on fryer connection for either.
